About LiqPay

LiqPay is a payment service from PrivatBank that allows businesses to accept online payments on websites and in online stores. You can connect to LiqPay if you have an account at any Ukrainian bank — both individual entrepreneurs and LLCs. The service supports Visa and Mastercard cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Privat24. Funds are credited instantly to accounts at PrivatBank or daily to accounts at other banks, and analytics and automatic fiscalization of payments are available in the account.

How much does it cost to connect LiqPay to Shopify?

First year: $200 ($100 one-time installation fee + $100 annual maintenance fee). After that, it's just a $100/year subscription fee.

LiqPay's acquiring fee is 1.5%. There are no additional fees from Shopify or us.

You need a business account for an individual entrepreneur or LLC in Privabank or any Ukrainian bank.

When is an order created in Shopify – before or after payment?

The scenario is as follows: in Shopify, an order is first created, after which the buyer goes to the final checkout page (Thank You) and makes the payment. This order is technically impossible to change.

When do I receive funds from sales?

Funds are credited instantly if the account is at PrivatBank, or once a day – the next morning (04:00–12:00) if the account is at another bank; sometimes it can take up to 1–3 business days.
